They think those advantages and benefits used to be enjoyed by older generation. So, they think females deprive of their portion of benefits that they do not think they have.

It’s better to say: Even though we say things like that, deep inside our hearts we...

You said: She was not promoted and she was transferred to another place.

You can also say: She kept getting passed over for a promotion and was assigned to another location.

You said: They feel they are treated badly and they have no advantages.

It’s better to say: Women started to demand their rights so men are feeling cornered.
